STANDARD FIRST AID REFRESHER (ASYNCHRONOUS E-LEARNING) (FOR NROC COACHES)

The Company UEN entered in this form will be used by SSG to verify the employer-employee relationship between the company and the trainee.

The UEN you provide MUST meet BOTH conditions:

1. Direct Employer Status
   1. The company with this UEN must be the DIRECT employer of the trainee
   2. The trainee's name must appear in the company's CPF submission records
   3. The company must be paying the employee's CPF contributions


2. Payment of Statutory Benefits
   1. The company must pay the employee's salary
   2. The company must pay CPF contributions
   3. The company must pay other statutory benefits (e.g., medical benefits, leave entitlements)

Note: Even if companies are related (parent-subsidiary, sister companies, same group), each company has its own UEN. Each trainee must be registered under the UEN that pays their CPF
